Jim Spring’s strong negotiating skills and good judge of character allow him to help his clients achieve their goals, which include selling or acquiring their property at the best possible price. He leaves no stone unturned and looks at every property as if he was buying or selling it for himself. Having purchased and sold several properties in Maryland, Virginia and South Carolina, Jim knows what Buyers and Sellers expect from their REALTORS® and how Buyers and Sellers want to be treated.
Jim, and his wife of more than 40 years, Bonnie, are originally from Maryland and Jim spent 30 years in the automotive industry including 25 years with the same company, Tate Automotive Group in Glen Burnie, Maryland. He held many positions in the automobile industry such as a business manager and business manager supervisor, sales manager, general manager, and vice president.
After retiring from the automotive industry in 2003, Jim and his wife Bonnie moved to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina and Jim joined forces with CENTURY 21 Broadhurst and Associates. In 2003, he received the CENTURY 21 Emerald Award for his sales achievements and was one of the top producers for CENTURY 21 Broadhurst and Associates. In 2005, Jim received the CENTURY 21® Double CENTURION® Producer award and the CENTURY 21 Broadhurst and Associates Top Producer award. Jim has also continued to be one of the top CENTURY 21® Carolina’s producers since 2004. After the birth of their twin grandchildren Jim and Bonnie decided to move back north to be closer to their grandchildren who live in Purcellville, VA. and made their home in the beautiful northern area of the Shenandoah Valley.
Jim continues to strive for perfection and giving his clients the best service available. From redeveloping his websites for easier access and reorganizing the navigation in property searches to increasing his advertising and accessibility, Jim will continue to look for new ways and ideas to make his services the best available. Jim expects the best in service and believes his clients should expect and receive quality service.
